Prices are in GBP. We are not VAT registered and do not charge VAT. Your order confirmation lists goods, quantities, prices, delivery charge and total. This is a one-off purchase, not a subscription. Orders are in English. Review quantities and your delivery address before selecting Pay. Your contract is formed when payment succeeds; payment still processing is not a confirmed paid order.
Delivery: mainland Great Britain only (England, Scotland and Wales); no Northern Ireland, offshore islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, overseas addresses or parcel lockers. Some mixed mainland/island postcode districts are excluded pending address checks. Products below £99: £3.99 per order, or £7.99 if a Mega Boost Box is included. Product subtotal £99 or more: delivery £0, including mixed tools/boxes orders. Standard delivery estimated 2–3 working days from placing your order, not a guaranteed arrival date. We will deliver within 30 days after the contract unless a different period is expressly agreed. Contact us about missing or delayed deliveries: goods remain our responsibility until you or your nominated person receives them. Your statutory remedies for late delivery are unaffected.
Cancellation: consumers may cancel without a reason before delivery or within 14 days starting the day after receipt (last delivery for goods delivered separately). Notify us by email or a clear written statement within that period. Return goods within 14 days after notifying us. Email us for the full postal return instructions; do not wait for our reply to give your cancellation notice. You pay direct change-of-mind return postage. For goods that cannot normally be returned by post, we arrange collection at our cost. For a whole-order cancellation we refund goods and standard outbound delivery. Refund to the original payment method within 14 days after receipt of the return or earlier evidence of sending it; we may withhold until then. No restocking fee. Only diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish nature, characteristics and functioning may be deducted. Opening packaging to inspect does not itself remove cancellation rights. For partial cancellations we do not recalculate the original free-delivery threshold or charge delivery retrospectively.
Faulty, unsafe, damaged or misdescribed goods: contact us with your order reference and details. We pay reasonable return costs or provide prepaid postage/collection. Do not post damaged batteries or other hazardous goods without instructions. Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose, taking disclosed condition into account. Consumers normally have a 30-day right to reject faulty goods; after that repair/replacement and, where applicable, price reduction or final rejection rights apply. Faults appearing within six months are generally presumed present on delivery unless we show otherwise. Rights may continue after a warranty expires. These statutory rights are against us and do not depend on registering a manufacturer guarantee.
Manufacturer guarantees are additional voluntary benefits, only for eligible products under the manufacturer's terms. BlueSpot eligibility must be checked by stock code on its website; eligible products require registration within 30 days and proof of purchase. No blanket lifetime guarantee is offered by Badboosts.
Complaints: email Daemon@badboostsbargains.co.uk with your order reference, the issue and the resolution requested. We aim to acknowledge within two working days and investigate promptly. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights. Business purchases do not normally have statutory consumer cooling-off rights; contact us about returns.
