Cancellation and returns

These consumer rights apply when you buy for personal use. Buying a mixed box or opening packaging to inspect it does not automatically remove your cancellation rights.

Changing your mind

Tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days starting the day after you receive the goods. If an order arrives in separate deliveries, the period starts the day after the final delivery. You can also cancel before delivery. No reason is needed.

Email Daemon@badboostsbargains.co.uk, use the optional form below, or send another clear statement. Include your name, order reference and the goods being returned. Send the goods back within a further 14 days after telling us. Ask us for the full postal return instructions, pack the goods securely, include the order reference and keep evidence of posting. Your notice is effective without a return authorisation number or waiting for our reply.

Return postage and refunds

You pay direct return postage for a change of mind. For goods that cannot normally be returned by post, we arrange collection at our cost. We pay reasonable return costs for faulty, unsafe, damaged or misdescribed goods, or provide a prepaid label or collection. Contact us before shipping dangerous goods, including damaged batteries.

For cancellation of the whole order, we refund the goods and standard outbound delivery. We refund to your original payment method within 14 days after receiving the return or earlier evidence of sending it. We may withhold the refund until then. No restocking fee applies. We may deduct only diminished value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics and functioning. Keep all supplied accessories; packaging is helpful but is not an absolute condition of your rights. We do not retrospectively charge delivery if a partial return takes your retained items below £99.

Faulty goods and statutory rights

Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. For used goods, disclosed condition and age are relevant; undisclosed defects are not excused by selling pallet-pull stock. Consumers normally have a 30-day right to reject faulty goods. After that, repair or replacement and, where applicable, a price reduction or final rejection may be available. A fault appearing within six months is generally presumed present at delivery unless we show otherwise. A warranty expiring does not itself end these rights.

Your statutory rights are against Badboosts bargains. They do not require you to register a manufacturer guarantee or contact the manufacturer first.

Manufacturer guarantees

These are additional voluntary benefits, separate from your statutory rights. BlueSpot coverage is product-specific: check eligibility by stock code and read the manufacturer’s terms. Eligible products must be registered within 30 days of purchase; proof of purchase is required for claims. We do not promise that every BlueSpot item is covered or provide our own blanket lifetime guarantee.

Email Daemon@badboostsbargains.co.uk with your order reference, the problem and the resolution you would like. We aim to acknowledge within two working days and investigate promptly. For a business purchase, statutory consumer cooling-off rights do not normally apply; contact us about return options.
