Report a product concern

Stop using a product if you believe it is unsafe. Email Daemon@badboostsbargains.co.uk with the order reference, stock code, brand, batch/serial number if present, the issue and any photographs. Do not send hazardous goods without instructions. For faulty or unsafe goods we cover reasonable return costs or arrange collection.

Check official product recalls and safety alerts.

Restricted bladed products

Products flagged for knife, blade or axe review are unavailable to order. They will only become available when the applicable product classification, age checks and delivery safeguards have been established. Our mixed boxes must exclude restricted bladed products.

Electrical goods and batteries

Electrical and electronic catalogue products are out of stock and unavailable to order while recycling compliance arrangements are pending. Mixed boxes must exclude electrical and battery-powered goods during this period.

Do not put unwanted electrical equipment or batteries in household rubbish; use an appropriate local collection or recycling service. The crossed-out wheeled-bin symbol indicates separate collection. A retailer take-back service is not currently offered through this shop.
